Lately, I have been going out Plein Air painting with my friend William Wray. He is one of the most influential and best painters around. Painting from life forces you to paint quickly and honestly, and is a good reason to get out of the studio. Here are some examples of the industrial type scenes we have visited.

This page is going to be dedicated to the work that I am currently doing. Below is a clip of a drawing I did with powdered charcoal on strathmore 500 hot press paper. Most of the drawing involved removing the Charcoal with a Kneaded eraser or a brush. It is a really fun way to draw.
